Phone numbers on the website go straight to voicemail any time of day and do not respond to messages. You have to get a number from the office to actually be able to call them. Inspectors did not show up for scheduled inspection or call to say they wouldn't be showing up. When I first moved in, service was great and people answered the phone. But it has gone downhill. I might upgrade the review if service improves but this is ridiculous.
PCS last year from a residence military transportation had an issue with their moving contract. So I went to Trevor talked to him about it they won't be able to pick up our HHG until a week later he said don't worry about it. Cleared the quarters and left for South Korea so in July I story checking my credit so we could look at a mortgage when we get back. I would give 0 stars if I could. They screwed us over big time. They jumped up the price of the house we rented from 1400 to 1800 just because we got married. On top of that it took my husband 3 months to get the house even though a lot of houses are available. Don't move to Fort Ord.
This place is poorly run joke. If you need something fixed, you might as well do it yourself.
