Run don’t walk away from this place. At best they are negligent, they knowingly allow residents to reside in substandard housing which causes sometimes irreversible health issues. Not to mention they will allow said issues to get so bad your house hold goods are ruined by visible growing mold. When we moved in three years ago, you had to fight tooth and nail for any maintenance to get done. The weatherstripping around both doors was shredded but the repair tech told me it didn’t get cold enough to need it despite being able to see outside with the doors closed. The mold in the house was just covered over with paint. The Parks would never answer their phones unless I blocked my number before calling the entire three years we lived there. Slow turnaround of homes when tenants move out but maintenance doesn't start work for months. We walk the neighborhood and have seen 30+ empty homes, when there's a wait list of 40+ people with nowhere to live. Uncontrolled gopher infestation. Mold. Unacknowledged work orders get closed at their whim with no follow-up survey. Collect full BAH, threaten eviction if you don't increase the allotment after the January BAH increase, send out a pie chart for where your BAH goes that doesn't account for $1,000 and includes question... read more
The parks is often unhelpful in developing solutions for challenges that arise. the homes are built with cheap material.

We’ve rented from them for 14 years and they still hassle us and treat us horrible. The homes are breaking down inside and they focus on putting notes on people’s doors for outdoor “violations”. Our most recent “violation” was a fence that we built with our own money, after clearing the plans with them, that they lost the paperwork to when they switched personnel, or perhaps the last person didn’t enter things in correctly (that has also been a past problem with the staff). Awful costumer service.. my family and I were excited to view houses and drove three hours to see them but because the costumer service was so awful we are no longer interested.
