Disappointed. Beyond disappointed. Not only are the houses poorly maintained ( my dishwasher CAUGHT FIRE Saturday and yet I'm STILL waiting 4 days later for it to be removed/replaced), but when you call and ask for information regarding why and an ETA on when it will actually be fixed NO ONE returns your call. It should not take my husband in uniform going into the office to speak directly to a manager for this company TO DO THEIR JOB. This is beyond poor customer service. Nice maintenance guys but terrible at completing work orders. I have called about the same issue 3 times over 3 months and it is still not resolved. Putting my family in danger.
Just found out there have been recent burglaries in the Ft. Ord community. Why haven't residents been notified of these events?
I like to see that the Facebook page for this place is better maintained than the residents' houses. I'll deal with the slow internet because I get the luxury of seeing a nice coffee machine at the front office and their new electronic picture frame, tons of holiday decorations, etc. At first I thought it was bad to have phone service so poor I can't make a call 9 times out of 10, but then I realized that having 2 super nice computers at the gym is more important.
