RecommendedWe have had a great experience in the Fort Ord community. ALL of our work orders have been completed and fixed appropriately and quickly. We have absolutely no complaints with our time here.
RecommendedThe Parks at Monterey Bay is a great place to call your home away from home. Being a resident in Monterey it is very difficult to find a community that will provide you 24 hour maintenance, friendly office staff, and a community with ongoing events.
RecommendedWanted to comment on Josh and his work. We called in a couple of time last week for assistance and Josh responded within hours or minutes. He shows up, informed and prepared. Always willing to put in the time to make sure the issue is resolved. My husband and I are very impressed with his service.
RecommendedThe staff in the office and maintenance have been wonderful. Prompt, helpful and communicative. The base housing is base housing, it’s adequate but a bit plain. All white walls and some cosmetic damage from the frequent move ins/outs. The gym is showing its wear. The landscaping is a bit sparse. The pros: proximity to commissary, PX, ACS, free teen center, free gym with indoor pool, neighborhood parks and a feeling of security. And our home’s plan includes a ton of closet space!
RecommendedThis is a great location to shops, restuarants, beaches, attractions and NPS. There are plenty of community events for kids and lots of parks. Megan did a great job helping us find our new home.
I'll tell you what, I've been here since June of last year (2016). It has been a very wonderful experience. I have a three bedroom, 1.5 bath house on a corner. Plenty of yard space, great neighbors and I am conveniently located; right in the middle between Seaside/Monterey and Marina. It only takes me 7 minutes to get to work at Ryan Ranch. RecommendedVery friendly and polite office workers, fast Response and amazing customer service . I want to mention Ashley and Karina . They Helped reschedule house showing time few times because of my busy schedule , and stayed after office work hours to finish my paperwork. I was able to get a house within 2 days!
RecommendedI absolutely LOVE my little home! Lupe and the rest of the office staff has been very accommodating and helpful during my transition from homeowner of 19 years to renter (until I find a home to buy) Only regret is I cannot BUY this home! I would in a heartbeat. Keep up the great work guys!!
