I was seen at EmergeOrtho in Oxford, NC. My condition and treatment was explained to me throughly . Dr Kermer was very pleasant. He smiled and shook my hand. I thought my visit was going to be stressful but it was the opposite. The wait time was reasonable and I was a walk in and didn’t wait more than 15 minutes. I was extremely satisfied with customer service from everyone I encountered which was a total of four people.
Quickly identified the issue and gave a to-the-point best solution.

Dr. Kerner has been the best doctor I’ve ever had. He’s operated on me more times and I can count because I have diabetes. I have it in control with things that weren’t in control for a long time jump up and bite me. He always makes room for me on his busy schedule. He always adds me to his busy Surgery schedule and I always appreciate it so much.
It was a good visit. Dr.Kerner is very attentive and patient.
Dr. Kerner could not have been more compassionate or concerned for my well being. Because of my age, I had to convince him that surgery was in my best interest. He took a lot of time to listen to my concerns and we decided together that a knee replacement was what I needed. I am happy to say that the surgery could not have gone better. I would highly recommend Dr. Kerner if you need orthopedic surgery.
Everyone was very caring & wonderful. I would highly recommend them.
Dr came in and I git a weird vibe he was very rushed like he so.thing better to do my questions where answered but i.do t call a 5 minute vist adequate
Check-in was easy, staff members were all friendly, Dr. Kerner was thorough and very kind. I left understanding my condition, the treatment plan, and my responsibilities.
