Dr Kerner and associates were professional and kind. Dr Kerner knowledge and expertise performed amazing work correcting my injured foot and ankle. EmergeOrtho were sufficient and expedite with paperwork for my employer to implement short-term disability for the 3 months I was out of work while recovering from my injuries.
I am only 1 week out of a total knee replacement, so in good faith, I can't give a full 5 stars yet. However, Dr. Kerner was very clear with my options and what his professional opinions he had moving forward. I was always treated well and respected as a person. Dr Kerner was very nice! Super thorough and very fast!
I was seen quickly and my shoulder issue was addressed. I felt like all staff listened and were attentive, including Dr. Kerner.
I was so happy to have a Doctor that actually Listens. We discussed my concerns and decided on the best treatment for me. I was treated like a person instead of a problem.
I was treated as a person not a number
Dr Kerner first fused my right foot for collapsed arch I had a good outcome and went back for the left foot. I recommend him to anyone.
I didn't feel at all pressured to jump into a surgery. Like his openness and bedside manner. If the time comes I decide to move forward with surgery, I hope he's still practicing!
Dr. Kerner was straight forward on my diagnosis and my options. I chose surgery which was performed less than two weeks later. Now, four months later I am pain free and have regained most of my mobility. I expect more improvement with time. Thank you Dr. Kerner.
