Very good …..broken ankle
Dr. Kerner and all of the staff, especially Katherine, were just fantastic. They were all the nicest people. I actually would have liked more recovery time just to chat with everyone. The whole organization is run like a well oiled machine so I never was made to wait too long and they were just efficient and competent and still wonderful all at once. I would never ever think of going anywhere else.
Dr. Kerner did an excellent job listening to us, addressing our concerns, and then helping us with another ortho issue as well. He was kind, patient, and knowledgeable.
Our visit was actually very good. I had read some negative reviews which would be the exact opposite of our experience. I checked in w/in a minute of arriving as the person in front of me finished checking in. It was easy check in. They gave me an iPad and asked me to go over some questions while I waited. About 5 mins or less later we were called to the office. We waited there approximately another 5 -10 mins while I finished my health questions. EmergeOrtho and everyone there was friendly and welcoming. My wait times were short and I felt all my questions were answered.
Our daughter had a sports injury and broke her ankle. Dr. Kerner saw us immediately and scheduled the surgery the same day we saw him. Our daughter had very little pain after surgery. We are looking forward to her getting back to her softball. Dr. Kerner and his staff are professional and kind. We would highly recommend him and his staff.
Dr Kerner has performed surgery on my right ankle with multiple fractures in May. The ankle has been recovered and improved much after the surgery and weekly physical therapy session despite the severity of the injury. I was prescribed to see an orthotist to have a customer Arizona brace made to further stabilize the ankle this last visit on September 30. Dr Kerner and his team has shown consistent care and professionalism throughout my ordeal of the ankle injury, surgery and recovery.
Dr Kerner is extremely adept at diagnosing orthopedic conditions. His manner is warm and supportive but direct and clear. Office support staff are pleasant and responsive.
Dr Kerner has always been candid and honest about what is or isn’t wrong with me. I trust him and he doesn’t over react to injuries when I do. He’s a great Dr and a funny guy. He did surgery on my daughter years ago and it was a very positive experience as well. He’s the only Dr I go to now for foot problems or broken bones specific to feet in my family.
