Only Doctors I would see is Dr. Wong and Dr. Cotler and those are the only reason that I gave 2 stars as they are both very thorough and attentive. I would Never go see their after hours doctors, I rather go to ER. My daughter one time had pneumonia and the after hours doctor says she has urinary tract infection. Front office staff are not friendly at all. The only reason I even put one star is because I had to. I will NEVER come back here again. After coming home from work at 5, I found out that my little brother wasn't feeling well. He is 9 years old. He honestly looks like he is 6. He's just tiny. Anyway aparently all afternoon he was throwing up. He cant eat because everything is coming back up. Cant drink anything either. I heard how great of a practice this place was and had decided to give it a try by getting a consultation with the Dr first before we decided to switch pediatrician for our three daughters. However, the scheduled consultation with Dr. Wong on 12/1 had us waiting for over 45 mins in the waiting to find out the Dr. is behind and has about 4 more patients. Horrible Drs! I think they hire bottom tear graduates that can't get hired elsewhere! First appointment went well. 2nd visit they told me my infant should be taking 4 oz of breast milk per feeding?! He was 6 weeks old and was 6 weeks early! Different Dr (head dr actually) was to look into something never called back or returned my calls. Yet another Dr (still trying to find a good one) was super crabby and rude. The nurse at this appointment weighed my baby wrong. I have been going to sunrise office for so many years, now I moved to Coral Springs, terrible decision, the staffs at coral springs location are so rude, very unprofessional. Today I was there at 9:00am for my appointment, again the rudeness staff, talking bad about the parents in front of my kid. So sad to see people like that working on the wrong place.

I had been to other offices and they were wonderful then i move to Coral springs the staff their was horrible i loved Dr Wong he was great they never were willing to work with my work schedule but anyway twice i took my son there because he was running a fever and they turned me away saying i didn't have an appointment both times they were barely anyone in the waiting room the 3rd time it happened the manager was a total bitch and i called and filed a complaint about the office and immediately changed my pcp I cant believe... read more
