Knowing what I know now, I'm glad we switched from this practice. Initially, we left because my son had a flat head (plagiocephaly) and our doctor didn't even notice it. My son ended up getting a helmet a month later. If I hadn't said he "he has a flat head" he would've sent us on our way without looking. Furthermore, my son has a lip, tongue and cheek ties which contributed to his reflux. Maybe if he would've checked I wouldn't have needed to get my son on medication. I normally haven't had an issue with any of the doctors at this office until my most recent experience which I made an appointment to speak to the doctor about an allergic reaction my son recently has developed with pizza and all the doctor said was that she couldn't say whether it was an allergy or not based on very specific details of his rash and the culprit of the rash. took my son with flu symptoms , they never did the flu test , next day i had to go to the hospital. Flu test was donde he came up positive . Due to improper care at this place he was not given the Tamiflu quick enough to make a difference. They only care about the mooney not the children

Avoid this place. took my child here with crying and holding his ear. they said they couldn't see any ear infection or anything and sent us home, said if he doesn't stop in 2 days bring him back. I brought him back and a doctor said he has a real bad ear infection. the first person to see him was a nurse practitioner. THey pay these foreign doctors peanuts to come to the US from central and south america to train in the east coast and place them after a year or so. Horrible place. I completely utterly can't stand this office! They have absolutely no respect for people's time. Not one time did I come to this office and not wait less than 1-2 hours to see a docter-and then go to a room for at least another hour. Be warned! We have a choice to go to other places and to other Dr's offices so they need to get the office together and have reasonable times. Manage your schedules better and staff the office properly so we don't have to sit on a waiting room with screaming kids running all over the place looki... read more

I am calling from overseas to get my son checkup for being sick for three days. Two locations one in Coral Springs and the other in Coconut Creek never picked up the phone. I was left on hold listening to elevator music.

This place is in serious need of an upgrade. The most disturbing part is that they are right next to a pool table bar and all you inhale is cigarette upon arrival. They should find a cleaner and appropriate location. Everything from the walls to the furniture have been utterly neglected for years, as an establishment that provides health services, they need to take this into consideration. The staff is very nice. Doctors ok.

5/17/16 had a 3:50p appt and did not see the dr until after 5:00p. Thought it was a fluke. 6/2/16, I called for a sick child appt & was given a 9:10a availability. When reaching the office I was asked if I wanted the first, my answer was yes. 2 hours after my appointment time, we finally got to see the doctor for 5 MINUTES and then they billed my insurance for a "Long" visit. What kind of service is this to provide for a child?!?! To have them waiting for 2 hours!

Very disappointed with this location on Tuesday 18,2016. I had an appointment to see Doctor de la Sota for my baby vaccine. My Appointment was at 8am and I end up seeing the doctor at 9:55 almost two hours waiting in the lobby is ridiculous and so inconsiderate the waiting time, so why we have to make appointment ??? if they are going to let me waiting for no reason.
