The people that work at front don't care about the patient, I requested to see a doctor and they told me that maybe I could see a doctor or a practicioner and they charged the same even if the practicioner see me. They are not helpfull something that they need to improve right away.

Worst waiting ever. They don't care about you're schedule, only theirs matters. Not once were they on time with their scheduling! I don't know why I still come back to this place knowing that I'll be waiting ONE HOUR to see my doctor. Horrible.

We had a terrible experience at Pediatric Associates in Coral Springs. We had an appointment at 7 for 2 sick children, and we waited for almost 1 hour 30 minutes to be seen. We saw many families that came after us being seen before us. We actually were the last people that left the office that night. The doctor an nurses that attended to us seem to be nice people that were trying to do their jobs but whoever is responsible for the scheduling is doing a terrible job. My appointment was at 4pm and didn't even get my name called until 5:35pm! My son needed his 15 month shots and unfortunately I ended up up walking out after they said I would be next in line, and we waited another 30 min. Staff was super rude and unprofessional. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone.

This doctors office is the very worse office. My son has ADD/ADHD. The process with this and this office has been nothing short of a nightmare! Make an appointment to get the papers to get me and the teacher to fill them out. I dropped my papers off a few days later. The teacher wanted her answers to remain confident so she mailed them to the office. The office called me 3 times confused about why I hadn't dropped my papers off! They have no office manager on the weekends. They also gave my son a huge DOSEAGE of amoxicillin due to a misdiagnosis of pneumonia WITHOUT TAKING X-RAYS. Upon my son seeing another dr at the hospital due to the OVERDOSE of medication and his regular pediatrician he got back on the right track.

We had an appointment set for 10:20 with my 3 week old. When we arrived they told us to go to the back like usual but the room was full of sick kids. I told them I will wait outside and the said okay it will be only a few minutes. They told me 20 minutes ago our room is being cleaned and I will be called back in a few minutes. It is now 11:30 and I have still not been called back. I will never use this office again.

The girls answering the phone, do they like their jobs? I don't think so. I am putting them out of their way to schedule an appointment. Leaving messages is a waste of time; just keep calling is what I have learned. Oh, their fax machine NEVER works either. I wish they had a "cash" price. Since we no longer have insurance, even though we have been coming here for almost 20 years now, we will need to find a doctor somewhere that makes it somewhat affordable to try to take care of yourself. This practice is awful!!! On two separate occasions I called the office because my daughter was sick and they could not fit me in. What is the point in having a pediatric doctor that you can not see when your child is sick??? This is a tremendous practice and I am sure the doctors/partners do very well. However, in my opinion it is a poorly run pediatrics office. Take your sick child somewhere else.
