Horrible. Horrible. Service, the staff is rude, unprofessional, the make you wait all day even with an appointment. If you wanted to be in and out, that absolutely not going to happen here. I would recommend going to the one in Coconut Creek near the promenad. I had to get forms signed for school dropped them off a week in advance, mind you I asked them if I need to get anything done prior. (STOP) (THEY SAID WE CAN NEVER RETURN ) The doctor tried to inject our baby with formaldehyde and yeast proteins as well as aluminum masking it as a hep b shot. I could almost jump out of my seat in shock. The nerve they have to push this on our newborn. A basic toxicity sheet indicates that not only do yeast proteins and formaldehyde both link to cancer in lab rats but the data also shows over a 50% decrease in life expectancy in female lab rats when the body converts that formaldehyde into Formic acid. Worst billing department ever,I have been calling for literally 2 months to provide my kids insurance info due to a bill and is impossible to talk to any human.
Worst location I have ever been to ! My appointment was for 8:25 and 10:25 I have yet to be seen ! Everyone who arrived after me had been seen and left ! Ridiculous I am just at a loss for words ! With a sick two year old . Do NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION
Had a scheduled appointment for 8:30. Arrived at 8:20 and checked in. Was told the Dr we're scheduled to see was currently seeing a patient and we were next. It's now 9:40 and we're still waiting. Terrible office

Reception is always rude not sure where they go to hire people ! Nasty and rude ! Medical Assistants always gossiping and making rude comments !

I was billed for an appointment that should have been billed to my new insurance. I spent 2 days trying to call their office selecting every possible option and there was no answer to any of my calls. And their online portal does not work unless you're trying to make an appointment!

Took my grandson in for a 6:00 appointment sat in the room for over an hour and still no one came in Finally went out to find out was was going on and the girl at the front said I don't work in the back and the other girl told me she can't be bothered So unprofessional

AVOID THIS OFFICE. We had a 3:30 appointment for my daughter. We walk in the waiting room and there was only one other mother/son waiting. We did not see the provider (she was a Nurse Practitioner) until over two and half hours later. I told my wife I will never go back to that office. We have been to the Boca, Heron Bay and Coconut Creek offices of Pediatric Associates and never had the same problem
