This place is a complete mess, no matter at what time or day you make an appointment expect to wait 1 1/2 plus hours. I literally just walked out ! My daughter had a 7:45 am appointment on a Saturday , we arrived at 7:40 am ( mind you they open at 8) we were the first ones there , yet they saw 3 patients before mine and by 9 am I decided to leave , I told my MA I had a 10 am appointment and u couldn't wait no longer . This always happens there. No RESPECT for ones time!

Great doctors but very poor customer services. Front desk personal have no idea about how to treat clients. Specially when your clients are moms of sick babies. Always one hour waiting to be seen. And if you are earlier a bit they put your name aside because it is too early an then forget to include you. I love my doctor but seriously thinking to change.

Decided to finally go somewhere else. Place os always overbooked and I feel its treated more like a business and not a doctor's office. Waiting for 1 hour when you have an appt. Is ridiculous.

Made an appt for 10:30, it's 11:15 & i am still sitting in the waiting room, waiting & was told there is still one other person ahead of me. I understand a 10-15 delay, but an hour? I don't suggest coming here if you are on a time table & expect to be seen at the time you made your appt for.
The Drs that I have experienced here are wonderful - the wait time is RIDICULOUS. I have ALWAYS waited an exorbitant amount of time even if you have an appointment. Makes for a bad overall experience.

You have to wait a lot for the doctors. They don't care if you have an appointment. Bad bad bad service to the babies. I don't recommend this. Im searching a new place for my daughter. If your toddler have fever, this is worse, they said to you to go to urgent care, they don't have time.

The wait time is ridiculous, only Dr that we like its almost impossible to see. Appointments every 10 mins but they take about 1 hour or more to check the kid.
Staff is okay. Not an excellent service but not rude either. Just okay. Now, if you don't have an appointment they will have you meet the register nurse. She will misdiagnose the baby and you will never meet the Doctor. Anyways, if you can take your kid somewhere else.
Moved here from Alabama, hoped PA would be a great fit. However, we waited 2 hours to see the doctor we had an appointment scheduled with. When we finally did see her and she DID NOT wash her hands prior to examining my children. I thought maybe it was just a mistake so I let it go.
