I have been taking my son and daughter to the Doral location of Pediatric Associates since they were a week old. The doctors and the Staff are caring and expedient. Always a good experience.

I started taking my son here when he was 3 month after a horrible experience with our previous doctor... right away i loved it. When i walked in and saw the set up of the waiting room and how clean it was I was surprised, nothing like our last doctors office. We have only been there twice, the first time we were called in right away the 2nd time it took a little longer. I have visited this office for over 2 years now. The staff is great to us, essentially becoming part of our family since we began this journey since our son was born. There was a period things got a bit testy due to my health plan, but we manage to deal with them professionally. Again, the greatest assets are the people that work here. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Pediatric Professional Associates. The practice operates with a rigid, exclusionary policy regarding patient care: they refuse to see children if parents choose not to vaccinate, relying on pressure and scare tactics rather than open, respectful dialogue. It is deeply frustrating to feel like your child is being treated as a "cash cow" rather than a patient. Voy a hacer esta reseña porque la verdad que se lo merecen , estuve visitando con mi hija está locación la semana pasada para su consulta de los 4 meses y me dijeron que le correspondían vacunas , para empezar el trato de la enfermera poco profesional que si supiera el nombre lo pusiera porque inyectó a mi hija y fue tan mala manipulación que la niña tiene duro el área de la vacuna sin contar que soltó sangre con humor 2 días después aún. Terrible experience. Even with an appointment we waited over an hour in the waiting room, then another 40 minutes in the exam room before the doctor finally came in. The staff were rude and clearly didn't care, and the doctor had a very bad attitude--rushed, unfriendly, and not helpful. This office shows no respect for patients' time or comfort, especially for children. I definitely do not recommend this pediatric office.

I think the office workers are not aware of what they do. They do not see the patients who come there as children and babies. They think they are objects or things. They do their best not to help the children who come there with a disease, who are the angels and souls of their mothers and fathers.

I recommend avoiding pediatric associates. While I love my child's doctor, the headache and hassle of managing everything else associated with patient care is ridiculous. After 18 months I just cannot keep doing it. This company is only suitable for your child's care if you enjoy the following: - having difficulty reaching your child's doctor - getting routed through a million automated messages to make an appointment -having a machine hang up on you when, in fact, you needed to speak to a human and none of the options in... read more
