Get another doctor's office, totally unprofessional full of excuses. Administrative staff are liars that will make waste your time and make many mistakes with your child's record. Doctors, you won't get the sane one twice they come a go it's a butcher's shop

Friday 1215pm we walked in with my 2 yr old in tow vomiting profusely. No other patient in the waiting area so I thought they would prioritize my issue. Wrong! Had to wait for over two hours as the front desk personnel said that "there was no one at the back available..."really??? Then came somebody else who seemed to be a nurse (?!), and basically said we had to wait as everyone was at lunch - she actually pointed to the door kind of signaling we should really leave and come back, but since it was raining cats and dogs she ... read more

I absolutely love Dr. Fierro which is the only reason why we go to that office. However, trying to get an appointment with her is practically impossible, today I was told she's booked for the rest of the year, how can that be possible? Is only March. Do not go to this place, its like a McDonald's for children care. Booths are small. You never have a personal attention, doctors are robots. Upon check out, lady is cluless about Insurance. Wont take Aetna Insurance affiliates like Clements then when you submit your papers to ensurance they will rebill you. Take your child somewhere else.

I got here with a teen that has fever and feel weak. He has been a patient in this office for years and they say they are busy. Cannot even take the temperature. They are denying the medical attention. This is a very serious matter

The 2nd star is because the front desk and the wait time is good, but I started seeing dr Victoria Ferro. She is the best doctor, but when my kids get sick the next appointment available with her is 7 to 10 days later and the disease doesn't wait and I have to select another dr. After I chose dr Sharon Acosta and don't waste your time with her. She is there only to work but not is a good pediatrician. She doesn't take time to check the kids. Waiting time its Forever!!! Literaly, not even if you come early they would bring you in fast... the good Drs are not working anymore... and patient care has decrased enormously... its a shame because my daughter comes here since she was born 6 yrs ago and i expected her to stay with the same Drs for a long time, but well... wish things change and take better care of the little ones.

They need change the Name to DRINK WATER... about 10 visit always is same recipe, DRINK WATER. I have 3 kids. 2 years old, 6 years old and 9 years old... I wait 3 days with fever and they told me about any FLU viral, I can not sleep because is very danger 104F in childs.... this was my last visit, they do not understand that Work with child's!!! very irresponsible!
