My kids had been coming here since they were babies, even though the waiting time is always horrible, the location is good... however, now and out of the blue they are charging your insurance extra if you book an appoinment after 5:00pm, because even thou they are open, they considered that after hours and when you book online it did not said anything about it, so now you have to paid your copayment plus an "after hours" fee. just not fair at all.

I am impressed the poor service they are offering now, for more than 10 years I have my kid with Pediatric Associate, they don't care about people waiting for hours (with appointment) on the office in Doral, but today I'm on the phone waiting for more than one hour because I need a sport form, they say it can be requested online but is hard to find on their portal, There is no way a live person answer. They should keep in mind that work with human, KIDS and health, if they are not able to handle it, look for more employee... read more

My appointment was scheduled for 7:45am. They sent me a text saying to arrive at 7:30am. I got there at 7:41am time and the doors were locked. The sign said they didn't open until 8am. So I knock on the door because I am confused by the requirement to arrive at 7:30am. The girl at the front opens the door and says they don't open until 7:45 so I asked her "then why was I scheduled to come in at 7:30?" She says the system just does that but you have to wait outside. DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILD! I have been trying to get my sons prescription corrected for 2 days! They don't care and have no knowledge on how to properly manage a medical office. They don't care about your child. My son has been in pain and discomfort for 2 days because of these clowns. Awful experience and I will never step foot in their office again. I hope this review helps other parents avoid this place.

Same experience as the most comments. Waited at least 2 hours. In general, adults probably lose patience for waited 2 hrs, so imagine for sick Kid to wait this long. Kid is crying inside the waiting room, and Staff Never came to check on you or anything. Seems careless Do not come to this location at least you are prepared to wait 2 hrs minimum.

This branch has the worst service, I asked for a mask for my child since I didn't have any available, they claimed to not have masks and then sent me to buy one in CVS, their wait time is for approximately 2+ hours even with an appointment, their pediatrician canceled my sons well check appointment because she had a vacation that she put her hours for vacation after my son had his appointment scheduled. Honestly, find something better.

My kids have been going to the Doral office for more than 5 years now. Dr. Victoria Fierro was their primary doctor, very good doctor, nothing to complain about when it comes to medical services. The reason I chose to change doctors right away because the administration or doctor, still haven't given me the right answer REFUSED to sign a Medical administration form for my daughter to be able to administer this medication at school. This place is good for small standard stuff, immunizations and colds. Outside of that I don't recommend this place at all. I type this as I sit on hold for 30 mins just to leave a message to one of the doctors. Unfortunately I haven't had the best experience with this place when I've needed their assistance in certain matters from pre-op requirements to ADHD I will be looking for a different pediatrician.
