I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Pediatric Professional Associates. The practice operates with a rigid, exclusionary policy regarding patient care: they refuse to see children if parents choose not to vaccinate, relying on pressure and scare tactics rather than open, respectful dialogue. It usually takes 1.5 hours of waiting to even be seen. It doesn't matter what time of day the appointment is

Every visit feels the same -- long waits with no regard for appointment times. What's the point of scheduling if you're going to wait 45 minutes or more to be seen? There's a serious lack of respect for patients' time. This has been a consistent issue, and it's frustrating and disappointing.

Absolutely zero respect for appointment times. Seeing a doctor ROUTINELY runs 60-90 minutes past the scheduled time ... with zero updates on timing and zero apologies for the lack of professionalism.

I like my doctor but I absolutely despise how the practice is run. It's a business with non-existent customer service. You can never speak to anyone at your local office, they only have answering service with clueless and useless reps who have no idea about anything at all. Why have it at all? I can't tell you how much time I waster with them since my baby was born. Supper long weight it is horrible and they treat u as if u are a stranger with your own children I asked for my daughter blood and they did not give it to me but they can ask and do what they want bad bad bad

You guys are below trash, refusing to see my daughter for a $300 balance from when she was 2 years old.... she's 15 now and you guys literally refused service I'll be taking my business elsewhere

We only go there because we have to get forms for school. Staff is rushed and could care less about patient or patient needs. Forms were not even completed for school.... we had to print and fill them out ourselves as they only had a signature in place. This is franchised corporate medicine, in and out, no time for any questions or concerns...there has got to be something better!! This is not acceptable. If I could give a zero, I would

Avoid Pediatrics Associates. Find a doctor in a small personal office if you can. This is a business, a business that makes money off billing mistakes and insurance issues. They are horrible at management and it's harmful to your children's health. They make billing mistakes all the time and it can affect whether or not they treat your children. Please just avoid every Pediatric Associates office.
