The staff in the front desk are very rude and the amount of time it takes them to attend us is just too much. They are not organized whatsoever. My daughter and I have once gone through 3 hours of waiting.
Extremely slow service and poorly organized. The doctors are friendly but seem very rushed and stressed out.
Every single time we come here we are waiting between 2-3 hours to see the doctor for around 5 minutes. To wait there for so long with my two kids ( 3 years old and 5 years old ) is just terrible. The kids are getting cranky and hungry. Nurses are ok, but always try to get the responsibilities to someone else.
Absolutely awful since dr. Gomez relocated to a different location, the MB service has declined drastically. Avoid dr. Nakas-mizrahi at all costs. He completely misdiagnosed my child AT 2 consecutive appointments that were 48 hours apart. A fever for 8 days doesn't qualify as a viral infection! No blood work or urinalysis was done. He missed a sinus infection and an ear infection. Go back to med school, dude!!
Worst staff I have ever come in contact with. Very unprofessional nursing staff! I know we are in South Beach and the customer service is questionable here, but I'm surprised they still have clients. I highly recommend that no one put themselves or their children in the hands of these type of people. If you do decide to try them out, believe me that it won't be long before you see exactly what I am talking about. Good Luck!
Extremely unprofessional front desk staff . They are rude and have an attitude . If you book an appointment expect to wait between one to two hours . The doctors are great but the wait times are unbearable .
A truly awful experience for my 6 month old's well baby check up. Impersonal and cold reception from all staff members. We waited 3 hours to see a doctor after booking a 9am appointment. An hour an a half into our wait we discovered that all the other children sitting in the well section of the waiting room were actually sick. A nurse took the temperature of the child next to us. 102F! Scary!
