After 2 1/2 hours and 5 phone calls, I had to drive to them, FROM SW MIAMI, to get one paper. Nothing out of this world. Once there I had the document in 5 mins. Makes you wonder WHAT WAS WRONG WITH THE STAFF I SPOKE TO BEFORE? Lack of training? Lack of care? Or just plain dumb? The jury is still out on that one

I wait on average 1.5 hours after my appointment time to be put in a room to be seen , then an additional 30 to see a doctor. My last visit I waited a total of three hours and the dr. Didn't even have the courtesy to apologize for the wait. Rushed the visit misdiagnosed my son. I will not ever recommend this place to any parent who cares about there child's well being I will continue with my new pediatrician who gives a damn about her patients time and well being. By the way Dr.Naka mizrahi is who we saw 4 Times.

Hello, I am a mother of two children whom are and have been patients of Pediatric Associates since their birth, ages 13 an 7. Unfortunately, my experience at my daughter's last appointment (Saturday, 3/11/17) was not a good one. I booked her a well visit for her 13 y/o check up on February 28th, a week and a half in advance. I got to the Miami Beach office, which is our regular office, at 10:10 am. This place doesn't really care about your kids all they care about is making money and booking as many clients as they can even if it means double or triple booking. Every time I go to this office I have to wait at least an hour to have my child seen. It is bad enough when it's just a check up and It is ridiculous to have a sick child wait for an hour and a half when you have an appointment. I will be looking for a new pediatrician.

Ok so I'll start my story with the worse experience after waiting for 2 hours in a very nasty room cover in dust, crackers, hair and you name it. The doctor comes in and says "I'll be back I have to see another kid", really??? After been here for 2 hours???? She said yes and if you wanna reschedule let me know.... Of course after waiting for that long what else I can do. Extremely unprofessional staff. Not the best place to bring your kids in.

Terrible office. I took my 8 month old baby twice and will never go back. The first time I waited 1.5 hour and the second two hours. The nurses are unprofessional, the rooms aren't very clean and the two doctors I saw were mediocre at best. Two thumbs way down.

Nice doctors but they overbook patients and you have to wait more than in a public clinic! We arrived 15 mins before our appointment and waited now 2 hrs past our appointment and NO DOCTOR YET! If you don't have anything to do with your life, I guess you can come here.

I would give 0 star here. They are too slow and not organized. Two toilets are overflowed and they are not professional at all. Folks, please believe in the review result in Yelp why ppl have been giving low rates on here. Do not even try to come here!!

Here is the pattern with this office. You come in, fill out a "Health Record Update" and wait at least 30 min in the waiting room. Afterwards, they call your name, you go in, they weigh your child, take their blood pressure, and take you to a room. There you will wait at least another 30 min....this is with an appointment. My child is crying about an earache and I said, "Don't worry honey, we are here. You'll feel better soon." My child started to cry and said, "No I won't. We will be here waiting for another two hours!!!"... read more
