I have been a customer for 17 years and the customer service, ability to make appointments, the availability of appts and the qualify of doctors was STELLAR. However, the last 3 months everything has gone downhill. Days to get a hold of anyone, no call backs, long hours of wait time on phone. Excuses like, we have switched our phone service to our headquarters and we are having a hard time placing staff. This is NOT an excuse. I am so frustrated. The worst service in kids service I hate bringing my son in this office because a lot of people come in and gets service a lot of faster and I've been waiting for like an hour and a half. I much prefer the Causeway in North Miami my son is sick with stomach aches and a fever and still I call for appointment at 11am and it's like a half hour. Terrible customer service. The manager is an imcompentent in the customer service department. They had me waiting over an hour to be tranfered and when i started speaking to oscar, he dropped my call. Multiple times.

Horrible administrative service!, be aware of post visit costs they charge by manipulating billing codes. They even threatened not to see our sick son until we pay for these charges.

I have had very bad experiences with Pediatric Associates Miami Beach for my newborn--now 4mo old. The front office staff are rude and unkind. The nurses are not friendly, nor do they seem interested at all to ensure their patients & patients' parents understand and are comfortable with the care being administered. Lastly, wait times are absurdly long. I waited today for 1.5hr beyond my scheduled appointment, and no one seemed to care or think this was unusual.

Terrible experience, we paid 140$ and we waited for 2 hours and nobody come to visit my daugther.. she wasn't feelling well and the doctor never came. Worst place. Plz don't came here

The worst they send us home w a new born within hours we had to go back to NICU. $30000later we were blessed to get a great peditrician at miami children's hospital and a an amazing neonatologist that explained everything during our week long stay at the hospital. I will never allow any pediatrician from pediatric associates touch my child. They are clueless at the work they do and communicate with each other to figure out what is best for the patient for a 1-5 stars I give -1 millions becuadro they truly suck. Great place but Dr.pages is the absolute worst pediatrician i have ever seen. And it's not just my experience, everyone I know does not like her at all. She's rude, and literally only talks about herself the whole time. She doesn't even let me get a word in. I Had her when my daughter was a newborn and it being my first kid I had a lot of questions, I wasn't able to get one In!!! I switched to Leitner who is AMAZING.
