this is the worst practice in the United States and probably the world! my 7 month old baby is Ill and they are refusing to see him because they are claiming that there are unpaid bills. I spoke to my insurance company and they have confirmed with me that all bills were paid. My kids go to this location since they born. However, like most of parents days here, calling for appts is a nightmare !!! I just made my 5th call. The first call, a lady called Vilma, put me in the phone for more than 25 mins. She was not helpful at all been a Saturday she couldn't find even one location to go with the kids. So I will change Drs.... Customer service should be imperative for them! Sorry PA , I'm very disappointed. I will take my kids now to children's Hospital urgent care.

This was the most awful experience. I made a 5:10 appointment and waited until 6:15 when a nurse told me the doctor would be seeing another patient and then my son. When I explained that I only wanted a strep test, she said that they don't do any testing of any kind after 4:00. Why do they allow children to wait in an office to see a doctor when they can't do a strep or flu or test of any kind? At the very least, they should tell parents if you come at this time, there is virtually nothing we can do but look at your child.

I had my twins been seeing at this location for more than 2 years @ 4308 in Miami Beach . I have never really had any issues with anyone . However lately the service provided to my kids is being a nightmare. My twin daughter have a F/u with an Endrocronologist, I have the referral however my child needs to do a bone age prior the follow up appt. I truly have never experienced such a terrible pediatric office. They never answer, bill incorrectly and never want to help when our son is sick. They also never have appointments open and won't even accommodate when we need a walk in or urgent appointment. I've truly never experienced such horrible service and care.

Terrible. Worst. Do not recommend. I had a cast put on a year ago and I needed a referral to put on a cast. I had an x-ray taken and I had a closed salter-Harris type III physeal fracture. On the referral they put "wrist". Like how is my surgeon going to know what's wrong? Thank goodness that I had my diagnostic taken somewhere else and properly stated what I broke. Do not come here.

3 hour wait with a screaming baby. They overbook every time and could care less when you complain. Terrible.

So here's the deal - this location is either poorly run, or understaffed, and I can't figure out which one it is. I would not recommend going here, and am thinking about switching practices. I've been here multiple times and each time the visit takes at least 2 hours, usually 3. Today I waited with my one year old for an hour in the waiting room and another 45 minutes to be seen. It's so unfortunate because the doctors and staff are great , especially my doctor Dr.Daniela Arroyo. I've had to get an ultrasound for my 5month old daughter head , I got an appointment the very next day at A pediatric hospital the tech advise they were sending it the same day . I also called later that after since it was 7am appointment that it was sent to the doctor.
