This was my first visit to Pender. I and mt pet Lucy were treated exceptionally well. They took the time to explain their procedures and policies. I do believe I have found a new vet!

Our dog Millie had another (expected) minor surgical procedure yesterday (July 31). Once again, Dr. Voell did a great job, compassionate and efficient. Although all the vets at Pender have been excellent, we always try to have Dr. Voell care for Millie. His two assistants, Isaac and Kensley, were also great. Thanks to all.

We've taken all of our dogs to Pender since 2007. The staff is top-notch. I'm so happy that Dr. Yung is our primary doctor. He's very compassionate, knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain things thoroughly. It's a pleasure working with him and his assistants.

I’ve been taking my cats to Pender for 20 years. It’s always been a terrific experience and the doctors have been really helpful and I love that they have 24-hour emergency care. However, very recently I took my cat in for his yearly checkup and rabies vaccinations. We saw the doctor on time (which I really appreciate) but the doctor came into the exam room, and didn’t introduce himself. Now I know it was Dr. Denney, whom I’ve heard great things. Dr. Denny has been outstanding in his care, patience, and expertise in managing the vetting for 5 kittens we rescued in early July at a busy shopping center in Annandale, VA. We are so grateful for his kindness in helping this young feline family get ready for their adoptions into loving homes.
