I’ve been taking my two cats to Pender Fairfax since 2007. In August I had to say goodbye to my 16yo Zoey and was feeling torn because I’d only used South Paws to say goodbye to my previous 17yo cat. Dr. Adesso is absolutely amazing. She takes the time to make sure my dog is comfortable with the room and surroundings before starting the treatment. She explains everything thoroughly and makes sure I understand everything that’s going on. I don’t have enough nice things to say about our experience with her :)

Staff from scheduling appointment checking out is terrific. They are friendly, knowledgeable, professional and make sure you are well taken care of. Dr. Hyatt has taken care of my cats for several years - I trust him implicitly.

We've been bringing the 4-legged people to Pender Vet for a year and still, every time I come I am surprised and grateful for how kind every person in there is- from how they are with me, with my dogs and cat, and how they are with eachother. My old vet practice was a mess I'd grown accustomed to but the people were more snippy than the scared dogs. Some of the best veterinary care we have received for our pups. All of the doctors really truly seem to care about the health and well-being of their patients. We won’t be going anywhere else to be seen by anyone else again. I don’t think anyone else compares to the treatment our dog received here. We are so thankful.

My dog Harley broke his claw the other day and was in terrible pain. My regular office was closed . Pender on Legato Road was able to get my dog in that day. Everyone was so kind, we had no wait at all and we were in and out on my lunch hour. I love the vets at my regular office so I was nervous that I would not like the vet. She was so great with my dog and kind. Very professional and answered all my questions. Thanks again to everyone at Pender Veterinary Clinic. I would recommend to anyone.

Dr. Denny and his team are amazing. Our pup broke her leg slipping on ice about 9 years ago and Dr. Denney preformed surgery to fix it. We have been with Pender ever since. As our pup got older she tore her knee and he had to do a TPLO surgery. Almost two weeks ago he had to do a TPLO surgery on her other knee as she completely tore that one as well. The excellent staff at Pender is what keeps us loyal. Saw Dr. Denney and Kayla today and thanks to their expertise, a potentially tough visit went extremely well. Over the years, our pets have been in good hands with all of them …. Dr.’s Adesso, Cranston, Chang, Voell. …. So grateful to have this practice nearby.
