Great experience so far. Hailey was on top of sending records and OTC recommendations. Doc was great. Highly recommend to anyone who needs pet care. ( Hicupps can happen anytime but it does not take away hundreds of happy clients.) Thankyou!

Once again Dr. Hyatt and Bri exceeded my expectations in the care, they provided to 2 of my cats, seen recently at Pender. Bri shows much compassion and gentleness to my older cats which I greatly appreciate. We rely totally on Dr. Hyatt's advice and consultation regarding many health issues my cats are facing in their senior lives. They are an outstanding team.

Our OG cat, Pickle is a rescue cat. We have been going to Pender with her for the last 3 years. We have found a cat whisperer in Dr. Chang. Pickle does so well with him. He is so caring with her.
