Dr. Hyatt and Tiffanie took such a good care of my standard poodle, Bella, yesterday. When we came in for a dental checkup and other routine care. I've been coming here for over thirty years and I am always so pleased with the skill and dedication and kindness shown to my many dogs.

I've been going to Pender for 30 years and my pets and I always receive great care and attention. Health issues are explained and options provided with understanding of each clients unique situation. They take tender care of my very spooky cat.

We used to live in Virginia and used them for years. We moved to Maryland and went back to them even though they are over an hour and a half away because we could not find any other practice that cared for our pets as well as they do or that we trusted like we trust them.

I recently brought my dog to Pender. Historically he has been extremely fearful at the Vet to point where it has been nearly impossible for them to assess him, give vaccinations and perform blood draws. I was hopeful if we tried switching he might have a better experience. I am so glad that we did and so grateful to Dr. Puentes. She was amazing with him! I have been taking my pets to Pender for over 20 years. I have always been very highly satisfied with their service and professionalism. Dr. Hyatt is a superb veterinarian and gives frank, helpful, and honest diagnoses and recommendations. Pender has the advantage of on-site lab, specialized diagnostic equipment (such as ultrasound), and surgery all at the same location. I could not be happier nor recommend them more highly.

Thank you Pender for taking awesome care of my Prince. Dr. Hyatt and the tech staff was wonderful and I was very pleased with the exceptional service I received. They were really patient and listened to my "millions" of questions answering them with compassion and understanding. Prince is doing great and I am happy he is good. I don't want to forget the front office staff, kind and helpful - their customer service skills are amazing. Thanks to all of you and to Sharon who referred me to Pender. We will be back.
