met with Kayla and Dr Hyatt recently and had wonderful experience. very informative and courteous and knowledgeable. treated Stan like he was one of their own. the teaming strategy is a great idea and can't think of a better way to have the doctor and assistant provide best possible care for the patient. highest kudos!

I recently took my cat to see Dr. Hyatt and Kayla. Both of them provided extraordinary care. Our cat got a thorough examination, shots for rabies and distemper, plus blood work and a urinalysis. Dr. Hyatt is a pro at obtaining urine directly from her bladder using a needle and syringe. (I'm grateful for that, because we find it impossible to gather a urine sample at home. I have been with Pender at the Fairfax location for about 27 years. They have attended to all of my birds. Mike the veterinary technician in the small animal and exotics department has been there an equal amount of time. He always provides me with top notch service and goes above and beyond. His expertise and care for my bird “Ruffles” has always given me a sense of security. Mike is a real gem and quite an asset to Pender! We had a wonderful experience, Dr. Cranston + Tracy we’re absolutely incredible with Tony. He’s had a lot of digestive issues, other vets wouldn’t listen that it wasn’t “just his food” And they did, got all the samples they need - and gave us something day of to help his belly. I went to Pender for 13 years with my family dog, and now we will only be coming back here for all of Tony’s needs too.

Took our three dogs to Pender yesterday for vaccinations, check-ups and general care. Saw Dr Adesso and Tracy who provided excellent service and care for our dogs. Dr Adesso explained the treatments/shots she was administering and informed us of additional shots needed in near future. We are very pleased with Dr Adesso and Tracy’s service. We would highly recommended them to anyone looking for superior vet service for your pets.

Pender is wonderful. Last year they took excellent care of my dog Cody during an emergency, and the follow up was really great. I was so impressed have changed to Pender for both of my dogs primary care. They both see Dr. Flanary who is excellent and caring. The vet assistants are also lovely, especially Hafsa.
