I love the online scheduling. Arrived for the appointment a few minutes early and as soon as we checked in, Peaches and I were escorted to the exam room. Dr. Denney is very nice and all of the vet techs and front office staff are friendly and hardworking. A+++

Dr Denney is always amazing! Another successful knee surgery on one of my dogs. I couldn't be happier. He is an extraordinary surgeon and doctor! Everyone there from CSR's to techs were very kind and helpful.

I have used them for several years, and am unlikely to change, but I do have a few issues that have come about that I wish would be addressed: 1. I have yet to be able to stick with a single vet for my pet's care. Because my pet has extensive medical records/issues, this is something that is vitally important. If I have to make a problem-oriented appointment, it always ends up being with a different doctor, who may or may not have looked through their records. Dr. Denney has been our vet for 20 years and I could never say how amazing he is in one paragraph. He has diagnosed conditions that specialists have missed, saving the lives of our animals more than once. He is an outstanding surgeon, is always responsive, and genuinely cares for his patients and their humans. He is very gentle with the animals and has a quiet, calming presence.

Dr Cranston and her assistant provided excellent service during all my visits, very kind to both me and my dog Daniel, very thoughtful, I am very confident in her opinion about my dog. Pender service is very good and I am with Pender more than 20 years with 5 years for my 1st dog after I moved to Fairfax, more than 15 years with my 2nd dog and already 2 years with my 3rd dog.
