Penny is very knowledgeable about the whole loan process and has the connections with others to make the whole house buying process easy. She kept us up to date throughout the process, reminded us when we needed to take actions or provide information, etc.

Penny was great! We're a bit overwhelmed by the cost of financing mortgages here in CA. Some fees seem a bit unreasonable but the service was great as was communication.
If your looking for any awesome loan officer. I highly recommend Penny. She made our loan process seamless. Awesome team, hands down!!
