Penny has probably completed at least 10 loans for family members as well as myself. She is professional, calm, proficient, and an absolute delight to work with. Sometimes the loan process is stressful, but Penny is capable of keeping on task, working out any problem that occurs and after knowing her for 25 years, I've never seen her appear upset or irritated.
