We "closed" in January, but instead of a smooth transition to or new loan we had over a month of zero communication while the funding was pulled, multiple calls where I was told someone would call me back and didn't, credit hits and fines that had to be fixed, and foreclosure notices on our home. We finally got a call from someone who told me everything was resolved but that he had been told to NOT communicate with me while they fixed this mess. What the hell??? What a horrible experience.
