The process was easy. I have speech impediment disability and Zandy was very patient with me made me comfortable and kept my anxiety down. That means a lot to me.
The only critic I have is communication of the closing cost. It was unclear whether closing cost would be needed or how much would be needed throughout the entire process. Questions were asked regarding closing payments but no definitive answer was provided. Otherwise overall great experience.
I have refinanced a mortgage several times before, but this was by far the most frustrating. The same documents I uploaded were requested a second time. I sent multiple emails to my m.a.c team and rarely received a response to my questions. My closing disclosure was not accurate and no one could explain why it was different than what was originally disclosed to me. It took six days for the closing disclosure to be updated from the first time I inquired about the discrepancies.
The closing Attorney, Paul Williams, has one of the best customer service experiences any person can would expect. Keep it up, Paul.

I am still learning the "homeowners" world. I must honestly say everyone I have encountered from PennyMac has been so understanding, patient and walked me step by step through everything. Thank you.
