From start to finish the process was easy. I felt like everything was communicated to me timely and in a way that was easy to understand. As most people know the loan process can be hard and time consuming. Penny Mac made it easy from the beginning to the end.

It was an easy process and will save is about $13000 in the first 10 years of our loan.
The only thing I would have liked better is a direct phone number to the same person so when I called I didn't have to explain the same thing to several different people and it seems like the Penny Mac team email doesn't actually get to my direct loan person.
Team members willingness to assist , explain , and address issues as they arose made the process very easy & free of stress. TY
The whole process was very smooth and it was done within 3 weeks
We "closed" in January, but instead of a smooth transition to or new loan we had over a month of zero communication while the funding was pulled, multiple calls where I was told someone would call me back and didn't, credit hits and fines that had to be fixed, and foreclosure notices on our home. We finally got a call from someone who told me everything was resolved but that he had been told to NOT communicate with me while they fixed this mess. What the hell??? What a horrible experience.
