My mortgage went down and we closed on the time given.
Better communication through the loan process. I ended up submitting documents late because they were requested and sent over but no one verified that they were sent. I also received emails and calls later on during the process about documents, but like before no one verified that the emailed documents were received. Other than that the loan process went smoothly.
The organization had its act together and did an outstanding job.
WE REFINANCED BEFORE WITH PENNYMAC AND THE SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT. SO THERE WERE NO PROBLEMS WITH PENNYMAC.
