It started with us finding out that our initial loan docs were never submitted to begin the process. (We have been a PennyMac client for at least 10-years, then sold our house to buy a new one). At least 25% of all the requests were inaccurate, and when we reached out...we got crickets. Our Escrow agency would feel exactly the same. It was clear to us that PennyMac was experiencing an embarrassment of riches and NO ONE cared whether we got our loan or not. We would love to discuss live.
