Had pay extra money for Loan , I been a good Customer for last 3 years
Even though the whole process took way longer than I expected it was stress free. The PennyMac team were there always ready to provide me assistance and answer all the questions I had along the way.
John Dorey was fantastic to worth with. He answered so many questions from me during a several month process leading up the loan. The issues started though when we were handed off to the loan closing team. We were asked for several documents multiple times as they had lost them. We were given 4 different closing disclosures (all of them were wrong). It was only corrected once I reached back out to John and had him step back into the process. Overall I would do another loan with PennyMac though.
Tony was so helpful in getting my home mortgage that I reached out to him out to refinance my home when the rates dropped a year later.
Regular, friendly updates. Great customer service interactions and an overall smooth process.
