Nothing to add all was perfect for me
If you weren't offering me the discount for already being a customer I would most likely go with a different company. I kept getting asked for the same documents over and over in an email and then I would have to call to tell the team that I had in fact already uploaded it. I was provided the portal to upload documents, yet it felt as though no one checked unless I called and asked them to.
