Knowledgeable and corteous staff. Great communications as well.
The Loan Services Team was great from the beginning of my Refinance until the closing. My questions were answered completely and thoroughly concerning the time it would take to process my loan to the actual closing date. My calls were returned within hours or one business day and the representative were always friendly and knowledgeable concerning my specific loan. I would definitely recommend Pennymac Lending to friends or family.
Maria was always very pro-active and whenever she wasn’t able to solve the problem right away, she would find a way to do it and get back to us. It was amazing working with her.

Communication between the different PennyMac organizational levels and our tasks at times were terrible. Two managers assured me that all necessary financial data had been received only to have another state that was not the case and that my loan amount was to be reduced by 40%.
Britnee was wonderful to work with, however, PennyMac dropped the ball big time on us and we spent over 9+ months trying to get things straight and our interest rate was increased when the original application was dropped by underwriting and the manager did not communicate back to the sales agent who had reassured us we were good to go on initial application. We never received a clear response as to why we were given the run around and Britnee certainly came into this file on the second try and she is only as good as the lea... read more
