The service from all the people at PennyMac was great.
I answered that the closing docs were not accurate but corrections were made quickly without a lot of bureaucratic red tape. I am completely satisfied with my PennyMac experience.

It was very simple and the numbers worked out great for us from the beginning
The loan process was fairly lengthy and I was asked for different documents at different times instead of having all documents asked for at one time. That would have sped the process up.
