I answered that the closing docs were not accurate but corrections were made quickly without a lot of bureaucratic red tape. I am completely satisfied with my PennyMac experience.

Penny Mac makes the process straightforward and easy. Communicated every step of the way what was expected and where we were in the process. I have been a PennyMac customer for years now and will use them time and again!

Linda always kept her appointments on call backs. Many times you will hear someone say "I will call you back on this date" and they never do. Linda always did whether there was an update or not, she called, which I appreciated tremendously.

There was some confusion about the loan. It was a refinance loan but it seemed like early on Pennymac thought it was a new loan. Also the closing was first assigned to someone on Maui, where I live on the Big Island.

Maria Veliz was great helping me complete my refinance. I DID have issues with my loan officer not returning my phone calls and emails or helping with my loan. Thank goodness Maria stepped up and helped. I know it's technically not her job to do so but I'm thankful she did. I was about to give up and take my loan elsewhere.
