Britnee was wonderful to work with, however, PennyMac dropped the ball big time on us and we spent over 9+ months trying to get things straight and our interest rate was increased when the original application was dropped by underwriting and the manager did not communicate back to the sales agent who had reassured us we were good to go on initial application. Documents were requested again and again last minute and even the day of closing from Linda. Meanwhile the her manager took our direct call and was confused by the request and told us not to worry that our loan was approved. This kept occurring even on the day of closing.
