I had a very easy process with refinancing my mortgage. Ran into no issues whatsoever and received timely accurate communications.

Maria Veliz was great helping me complete my refinance. I DID have issues with my loan officer not returning my phone calls and emails or helping with my loan. Thank goodness Maria stepped up and helped. I know it's technically not her job to do so but I'm thankful she did. I was about to give up and take my loan elsewhere.
