I had a pretty good experience but ended u p having to repeat the application twice and only luckily closed on the very day I would have had to repeat the process THREE times if I had not been so persistent. The problems on the first application was due to a lien on the solar panels. By the time that was resolved (and I only resolved it by paying off the loan on the solar panels) the 650 days were over and we had to start again. Documents were requested again and again last minute and even the day of closing from Linda. Meanwhile the her manager took our direct call and was confused by the request and told us not to worry that our loan was approved. This kept occurring even on the day of closing.
