The service from all the people at PennyMac was great.
Britnee was wonderful to work with, however, PennyMac dropped the ball big time on us and we spent over 9+ months trying to get things straight and our interest rate was increased when the original application was dropped by underwriting and the manager did not communicate back to the sales agent who had reassured us we were good to go on initial application. We never received a clear response as to why we were given the run around and Britnee certainly came into this file on the second try and she is only as good as the lea... read more
Wotking with Noemy was great she was extremely helpful through the whole process.
I had a very easy process with refinancing my mortgage. Ran into no issues whatsoever and received timely accurate communications.
Pretty smooth refinance, but some miscommunication throughout about doc requests
Working with rep from PennyMac was smooth and things were explained clearly
Maria Veliz was great helping me complete my refinance. I DID have issues with my loan officer not returning my phone calls and emails or helping with my loan. Thank goodness Maria stepped up and helped. I know it's technically not her job to do so but I'm thankful she did. I was about to give up and take my loan elsewhere.
As expected, can’t really ask for more!
