Everyone was always so responsive to all my questions. Emails were answered within minutes. Linda was very easy to get in contact with. Our process was seamless and took less than a month. We are thrilled with Pennymac!
Everything went as smoothly as I could have hoped
It was difficult to get ahold of anyone. No one personally reached out to me one single time during the process. I have done several refinances with other companies and this did not come close to the same level of service as the others. As far as the timeline and the automated portions everything was fine.
