Everyone was very kind and explained the process of our refinance very well. The process went smoothly and now we’re saving $150 a month! PennyMac customer service is also kind and helpful! The website is easy to manage. I would definitely refer anyone to PennyMac over the other mortgage companies we’ve had in the past.
PennyMac was great, communication was excellent. Crystal stayed with us through the whole process, closed very quickly and accurately. Was attentive to our scheduls.
