Fewer contacts in the process. Too many different people involved
The Pennymac team always made sure the questions we had were explained in a way of understanding and very quickly.
Yesenia and Matthew were awesome during the process. But Brandon on the other hand had bad attitudes and very rude not just once but multiple times. Besides that the first two were great and very helpful.

Took longer than I thought.
Courtney Bettcher made it amazing. I called and emailed her so many time that I'm sure she's so glad my loan is closed and she's done with me. She's also the first person I contacted and she's the one who found a process that worked for me and called me back after I had been denied. She's 100% a Rockstar who kept this whole thing afloat.
