Quick and easy to re finance
Very fair rate and time frame was good.
Multiple duplicate requests for information from multiple people was upsetting.

Look...Crystal was terrific in all but one thing. I was surprised when I had to give an original....my only original.....of my power of attorney. Crystal promised that Thurston County would return my originals. That never happened. I feel like I was mislead but certainly not on purpose. You could make me pretty happy if you could get that original ad promised
