Repeated requests for unnecessary documentation, failure to answer repeated requests for answers to questions, significant delays to the closing date, terrible unfriendly and uncooperative phone calls from Linda. I have closed 5 times in less than 10 years and this was worse than all the bad experiences in all of those other closings combined.
