Great service!
The process was easy. Everyone was very pleasant to work with. One recommendation would be to provide a clear expectation of clients on what they need to do a week before closing. I had to reach out to ask, not a big deal. But if it’s already laid out on the app would be helpful. Overall we are satisfied with the service and experience.
The people were great to work with
There was no communication from Mario. I had to repeatedly call to ask for clarification as to why the closing process took so long. He had no information when I called back. Other team members who answered the phone when I called looked into my file and were much more helpful in providing me with answers.
I was really unhappy with having to send a copy of a death certificate of my husband to have his name removed when he wasn't even on the loan the first time around. The notary had to come to my work twice.

the team was very pleasant, professional and courtesy.
Had a really hard time getting documents requested submitted. Spent a lot of extra money faxing only to have someone else ask for the same paperwork the next day, slowing the process down more. Not happy with the paperwork process, but once completed, the loan wrapped up quickly.
