The entire team that worked with us was amazing and Joselyn went way above and beyond and treated us with kindness. She constantly updated us and always responded super fast and helped keep this nervous home buyer calm.

It was very frustrating when my loan rep had to communicate with underwriting and the approval team. Seemed like there were a lot of meetings. My attorney and realtor were also commenting about how unusual and stressful that team was.
I had to deliver the same documents more than once without additional explanation. , It was difficult to understand where I was in the process or what was the next step.
