Excellent experience from beginning to end for the loan process. Nikki Stober and Chaix Cole was key to making this a smooth process. From the initial phone call, to communicating through emails, text, and the online portal was great. Excellent Job!!

While I understand that property taxes can go up year by year due to increases in home values, but Pennymac does not give you any notice that your monthly mortgage payment will increase nor give you the option to pay it up front. We received a nice surprise that our monthly payment went up by almost $500! That's a quarter of our mortgage payment...no warning, no notice, no communication. In addition, the constant spamming of mail asking to refinance is insane. I probably get 2 pieces of mail a week with this junk mail. I wo... read more
