Loan operations folk were very responsive to my requests
Penny mac makes it almost impossible to make bimonthly payments. It has to be paid 2 months in advance, and you cant make any other payments towards the principal or else the entire loan will be called due. Not only is their website cumbersome but the call center is almost worthless.
