I have been with Penny Mac for over 25 years. They would call me at least 3 times a day asking me to refinance my mortgage. Finally I said sure why not. This has turned out to be just a horrible experience for me. They kept asking me for documentation and proof of accounts. I'd send it to them and they would ask for the same thing again. I was told that all my documents were in and I was waiting for a closing date. I finally called and was told that I needed more documentation. The whole process was cumbersome and took much longer than I thought necessary. We also had to submit the same documents 2-3 times in some cases.
Grace was outstanding. Kept us up to date throughout the entire process. Quickly replied to our questions and was a pleasure to work with.
Daniel & Jamie we’re awesome! They were patient with my questions and supportive. Jamie was out on holiday for part of our transaction, but he ensured I was still in good hands with Kaitlyn. All three of them embody customer service.
