The issues that were problematic originally stemmed from the sr. loan officer that in my opinion grossly misrepresented the terms to me in which I agreed for a VA refi. The VA required residuals were either omitted or intentionally left out.

LOAN OFFICER Paulette Wiley WAS OUTSTANDING. SHE WAS VERY PATIENT AND ASSISTED IN EVERY WAY POSSIBLE. GOT PROCESSED IN WHAT I CALL RECORD TIME. SHE NEEDS A PAY INCREASE TO KEEP THIS GIRL!
