I found your employees well informed and ready to help. I was especially impressed by my first contact: Russ Martin. He was professional, knew what was available, flexible, thorough, and on time for the dates he or I needed information.
It's truly sad how a company can lie, stay uncommunicated, and constantly come up with reasons and excuses to why it has taken 6 months to do a Assumption loan. On top of that instead of getting it solved they try to explain to you how to mess up your credit by telling you that the loan your responsible for is more important than the loan your cosigner with somebody knowing if both are under your name and not paid they will mess up your credit score and put you in debt. I financed my home purchase with PennyMac in 2021. One year after the purchase, my monthly mortgage payment increased by over $500. I thought there had too but some mistake. Turns out that my loan officer failed to obtain and/or include my school taxes when determining my escrow payment. I have reached out to Pennymac about this to see why that happened and the representative told me that they assumed I did not have school taxes to pay.
