Tanairy was great and worked very hard to get everything across the finish line despite some last minute delays by the builder and VA Appraiser. The only thing I would like to see, after going through 2 x mortgages with PennyMac, would be improvement on the Portal Experience. The Portal is a great way to upload documents. However, in previous mortgages, the companies used the portal to also communicate directly back and forth, in a continuous chat stream.
